Makenzie Bun Hat Crochet Pattern

This pattern is our holiday gift from Cream Of The Crop Crochet to you! Usually I would have made this type of pattern paid, but I wanted everyone to be able to make this pattern.

If you haven't heard, the newest trend is the bun hat. Sometimes called ponytail hat. I thought it was about time Cream Of The Crop Crochet jumped on the bandwagon and created a bun hat, so I created the Puffy Bun Hat based off of our Puff Slouchy Hat with Bow. The bow is completely optional showing photos with and without the bow. The hat may have holes in it, but it's still very warm, especially because it has a tight stitch where the ears are. I used a strong ponytail holder for the top, although you can always just chain 14 in place of the ponytail holder. As you can kinda see in the photo right below, I use a ponytail in my hair as the ponytail in the hat only keeps the circle shape, and isn't meant to hold your hair together. This pattern took me less than an hour to make so it is super faster to make for a last minute gift or for loads of orders for your customers. I hope you enjoy!
