This 18 Inch Doll Isabella Cowl is an easy and simple cowl to make!

Materials
Super fine (1-light fingering) yarn
- Mary Maxim, Twinkle, White
- Mary Maxim, Twinkle, Mint
E-4 (3.50mm) crochet hook
Fabric scissors
Yarn needle, to weave ends
Gauge
2 dc sts x 2 rows is 1”
*Change your hook size to obtain the gauge.
Notes
- (11 sts) means how many stitches you should have at the end of the row. That count does include the chain.

Puff Stitch ~ pull up 4 times
Picot Stitch ~ ch 3, sc in 3rd from hook, sk 1 st

Cowl
Starting with mint yarn,
Ch 46, join
Round 1: ch 1, puff in first st, sk next st, *puff in next st, sk next st,* repeat * to * around, join (47 sts)
Rounds 2-7: ch 1, puff in each st around, join (23 sts)
Cut yarn and change to white yarn.
Rounds 8-9: ch 1, puff in each st around, join (23 sts)
Cut yarn and change to mint yarn.
Round 10: ch 1, *sc in next 3 sts, picot * repeat * to * around, sc in any remaining sts, join, cut yarn, fasten off, weave ends (47 sts)
Repeat round 10 on opposite side with white yarn.
